PQ^2=(-2 -6)^2+(1-1)^2=8^2


PR^2 = (-2 -4)^2 + (1 - -3)^2 = 6^2+4^2=52


QR^2=(6-4)^2+(1--3)^2=20


\textrm{perimeter} = √(8^2)+ √(52) + √(20) \approx 19.7
