A has truth to it, D isn't accurate, and maybe E, B is a no because it not that it wasn't being stopped but more so ignored, also the correct term in lynching, C is also a no because there were plenty of jobs they could've done but were not allowed, E is a maybe because positions like white collar went to educated whites, black could've been allowed but were treated unfairly and not allowed to receive as equal education. D wasn't necessarily apart of federal regulations some Jim crow laws and black codes were enforced but they were never really federal, more so Caucasian cultural beliefs.
