\sf Number \:of \:times \:coin \:is \:flipped = 20


\sf Relative\: frequency\: of \:head \:coming \:up :

=
(\sf 9)/(\sf 20) × \sf 100 %

=
\sf 9 × 5

=
\sf 45 %

=
(\sf 45)/(\sf 100)

=
\sf 0.45


\sf Hence,

\sf Realtive\: frequency\: of\: head \:coming\: up\: is \:B.\:0.45
