Domain is the set of values of x.

Notice that in the graph x start from origin x=0 and goes till x=4 which shows x is from 0 to 4.

Hence the domain of the function is 0<x≤4.

Similarly y starts from origin and stop at y=40.

So, range is 0<y≤40.
