Hello,

(x+7)(x+2)=50\\\Rightarrow\ x^2+9x+14=50\\\Rightarrow\ x^2+9x-36=0\\\Rightarrow\ x^2+12x-3x-36=0\\\Rightarrow\ x(x+12)-3(x+12)=0\\\Rightarrow\ (x+12)(x-3)=0\\\Rightarrow\ x=-12\ or\ x=3\\If \ x=-12\ then\ x+7<0 \ impossible\\So\ x=3\ and\\x+7=10\ ,\ x+2=5\\base=12\ height=5
