Standard form of a polynomial will always go in order from highest exponent to lowest, even if some happen to be missing. Our highest exponent is the 3 on that last term. So if this were written properly it would be
-x^3+10x^2+2x. Because it has 3 terms, it is a trinomial. So the correct classification is third degree trinomial.

The correct answer would be choice A or 3rd degree trinomial!
