Mutually exclusive events are the set of events that can not occur together. For example while tossing a coin, the occurrence of both Head and Tail cannot not appear. Either head will come or tail.

Option C is correct.

Jon eats 2 apples; Jon eats more than 2 apples.

Both these events cannot occur together . Hence these are mutually exclusive events.
