The answer is 5.5 because 5.5 times 2 is 11 and also 5.5 +5.5 +5 +5 = 11+10, which equals to 21 meters.

The perimeter is
21=5+5+L+L
2L=11
L=11/2
Answer: 5.5 meters, last choice
