Carbohydrates are the sugars, starches and fibers found in fruits, grains, vegetables and milk products.They are called carbohydrates because, at the chemical level, they contain carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.

there is no answer choices to choose from "all carbohydrates contain the same three elements: carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Different arrangements of these elements form single units to make different types of carbohydrates" i would look for one that contains the letter C,H or O in it. i hope this helps
