The complement and probability add up to equal 1. The complement is what you don’t have and the probability is what yo do have, for this question the complement is 0.05.

The probability P of an event and its complement P' are mutually exclusive and add up to 1.

This means that if the probability of an event is 0.95, then the probability of its complement is 1 - 0.95 = 0.05

Hope this helps!
