Valerie has been assigned to a group for a project in her online course. After an initial meeting over the phone parts of the assignment were divided equally among the three partners, Valerie, Katie, and Lucy. The next week, Lucy did not call into the meeting and neither Valerie nor Katie had received any of the work which was supposed to be done by her. Katie states that Lucy is working a lot at her part time job and suggests they divide Lucy's work up and get it done so they don't get a poor grade on the assignment. How should Valerie handle this situation? Contact the instructor to explain the situation and ask for a suggestion Feel sorry for Lucy and offer to do all of her work Listen to Katie and help with Lucy's work Remain angry and ignore both Katie and Lucy

"Contact the instructor to explain the situation and ask for a suggestion" would probably be your best bet since then you will know for sure what to do and then you won't be overwhelmed with half of Lucy's work.
