Answer: A. Humans might seek new locations to live.

Step-by-step explanation:

The evaporation of water from the earth surface causes the formation of water vapors. The accumulation of water vapors in the troposphere results in condensation in which the warm water vapors cools down to form clouds. The formed clouds will form precipitation in the form of rain, hail, snow.

As it is mentioned that the condensation rate is low in the region therefore, the climatic conditions will be adversly affected. The climate will be hot and dry due to incident sunlight on the earth surface in the absence of clouds. Thereby, humans might seek new locations to live is the correct option to avoid adverse climatic conditions which can cause harm to health.
