By our very goofy system the circle constant
\pi denotes half a circle,
180^\circ. So the conversion factor from radians to degrees is

( 180^\circ)/(\pi)

(\pi)/(3) * ( 180^\circ)/(\pi) = 60 ^\circ

Calling the rightmost dot [1] and counting counterclockwise, that's dot [4].

(2\pi)/(3) * ( 180^\circ)/(\pi) = (2)/(3) * 180^\circ = 120^\circ

That's dot [6]

(4\pi)/(3) * ( 180^\circ)/(\pi) = (4)/(3) * 180^\circ = 240^\circ

That's dot [12]

(5\pi)/(3) * ( 180^\circ)/(\pi) = (5)/(3) * 180^\circ = 300^\circ

That's dot [14]
