^it looks like their end answer got a little messed up by tech, to add on your ending answer should be 54 and 791/1000 or 54 791/100

in plain and short, to convert any decimal to a fraction, we count the decimals and add "as many zeros to the denominator as there are decimals, and lose the dot", so let's do so, this one has 3 decimals, so 3 zeros.
