The formula of an area of a rhombus:

A=(diagonal_1\cdot diagonal_2)/(2)

The diagonals bisect each other. That is, they divide each other into two equal parts.

Therefore we have:

diagonal_1=2\cdot1.2m=2.4m\\\\diagonal_2=2\cdot0.9m=1.8m

Substitute:

A=(2.4\cdot1.8)/(2)=2.16\ m^2

Answer: 2.16 m²
