The angle made by chords that meet on a circle is half the measure of the arc opposite the angle.


Let's call the unlabeled piece of arc d. 104+b+c+d=360 or b=256-(c+d). But (c+d)/2=68 so c+d=136 so b=256-136=120 degrees.
