1. You must apply the following formula for calculate the surface area of a cylinder:


SA=L+2B

Where
L is the lateral area and
B is the area of the base.

2. Therefore, when you substitute values into the formula, you obtain:


SA=25.3in^(2) +2(20.7in^(2))\\ SA=66.7 in^(2)

The answer is:
