The problems of a couple usually occurs in the form of one member doing a behavior that the other does not like. Other times the complaint is mutual.
We then have the following solutions:
1) Focus on the solution and not return to the statement again and again. The best way to stay in the solution is to use the rules of brainstorming.
2) The solutions have to focus on defining changes in the behaviors of both and not only in the one that causes the problem.
3) On the list of alternative solutions that have been generated, an analysis is made of the benefits and disadvantages of each of them.
4) Sometimes, if the change that arises is complicated, it is convenient to plan it.
5) It is necessary to follow up on what has been agreed in order to evaluate if the appropriate solution has been achieved or if an adjustment is necessary.
