As you read through an essay for your history class, you encounter a number of unfamiliar words. Which is a good active reading strategy for helping you read the text?

I'm pretty sure it'd be Context Clues. I remember our teacher saying to look for things surrounding the word that you don't understand to try to figure it out. More than likely there will be a word or sentence that helps define the word you don't know. Hope this is what you needed!
