Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin. if it is taken in excess, it gets accumulated in the body. When large amounts of vitamin A accumulates in the body over a long period of time causes chronic toxicity. Chronic toxicity can change in vision, lead to liver damage. and increased pressure on your brain.
