In the given situation, there is a need to maintain c-spine precautions, for that log roll the person to a supine position and open his air passageways.

In supplementation, in the C-spine or neck precaution, the patients are cared for with lumbar and thoracic level protection. These patients are turned very cautiously to inhibit any movement or flexion of the vertebrae.
