3 chicken sandwiches at $2.75 each: 3*2.75= 8.25

2 cokes at 1.19: 2*1.19= 2.38

Tax: 0.64

8.25+2.38+0.64= 11.27

He gives you 11.52, to find how much you need to give him back, subtract how much he gives you by the amount that is charged (11.27)

11.52-11.27= $0.25
