The base angles of an isosceles triangle are equal.

So m < L = m < J = 25 degrees answer

Because the 2 sides of the triangle are identical, both are labeled as 7, then the 2 bottom angles, J & L are the same.


J = 25, so L also equals 25 degrees.


The answer is C.
