Since it's radius is 5,we can then find the range of the triangle that can be accepted.

As the centre is the mid-point,we can then find that:

the point at left-hand side is (-5,0),
while the point at the top would be (0,5),
and the point at the bottom would be (0,-5)

The range accepted would be: (-4~4,-4~4)
as the point has to be inside the circle,therefore excluding the range touching the circumference

Answer a. , c. and d. would then be impossible to be the answer as they're out of rhe range.

Thus the answer is b. (2, 3).
