Answer:

Vitamin C cannot be produced by the personal body and so it is a necessary element of the food. It is required for the health and rehabilitation of numerous tissues in your body, including skin, bone, teeth and cartilage. The determined decrease of vitamin C in your food can guide to a situation described scurvy. Indications of scurvy carry easy bruising, easy bleeding and bone and muscle disorders. Vitamin C insufficiency can be managed with additions of vitamin C and an intake rich in vitamin C.
