Q1. I hate algebra problems pretending to be geometry. We have expressions for two equal things; we set them equal and solve:

3x + 5 = 2x + 7

3x - 2x = 7 - 5

x = 2

So each angle is 3(2)+5 = 11 degrees

Q2. False; the angle bisector divides an angle in half; the result is not generally a right angle.

Q3. If the result of bisecting is a 55 degree angle, angle ABC, the original angle that was bisected must be twice that, 110 degrees.

Q4. I won't draw but you should draw a square FGHI and the diagonal GI is the bisector of FGH; each half of G, FGI and HGI are 45 degrees. The segments FI and HI don't really play a role in this problem; you can draw them lightly or leave them out entirely.
