we are given

((3x^2)^4y^2x^(-2))/((x^(-3)y^5))

(3^4x^8y^2x^(-2))/(x^(-3)y^5)

we can make exponent positive

=(3^4x^8y^2x^(-2)*x^3)/(y^5)

=81x^(9)y^(-3)..............Answer
