If the center of a circle is (3, -4) and the radius is 6, which point lies on the circle?

There are no two natural numbers whose squares add up to 6^2 = 36. So we're looking for a point with the same x or y coordinate as our center, and the other coordinate differs by six.


Going through the options, only d has a matching coordinate (y=-4) and the x coordinates happily differ by six as well.
