What was the percentage increase (to the nearest tenth)? 26.8%

You're first one is correct, with the increase of Petroleum being the most at 3.4%

However, the second one is incorrect, because you are finding the percentage increase, or 12.7 - 9.3 = 3.4%

So the second one is 3.4
