Whereas snakes belongs to class reptilia are reptiles having characters such as their body is covered with scales, lays eggs, have three chambered heart and cold blooded animals.

Answer: a categorical argument

Explanation: any statement that affirms a whole or partial relationship between the subject and predicate terms of the statement forms a categorical argument. It usually consists of three parts which are the major and minor premise and a conclusion which are altogether called the categorical proposition. It indicates or denies that the subject term of the statement is a part of the predicate term of the statement.
