3/10 are caramel 7/10 are not caramel

Explanation:

First you need to work out the total of sweets that is 6+7+4+3=20 sweets. Now it says that there are 6 caramels so you need to put 6/20 which can be simplified to 3/10. For b you have to work out the fraction that is not caramel so for this you have to add up 7+4+3=14 put 14/20 this can be simplified to 7/10.
