The equation of a circle:

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2

(h, k) - a coordinates of the center

r - a radius

(x+5)^2+(y-7)^2=9\\\\(x-(-5))^2+(y-7)^2=3^2

Answer: B. (–5, 7); 3
