So firstly, plug in 19 into the x variable.
f(19)=(3)/(19+2) -√(19-3)


Next, solve the addition and subtraction on the denominator and within the square root.
f(19)=(3)/(21) -√(16)


Next, solve the square root
f(19)=(3)/(21) -(4)/(1)


Next, find the LCD of the two numbers (Which is 21 in this case) and multiply by the number it takes for the denominator to get to the LCD.



(3)/(21) *(1)/(1) =(3)/(21)\\ \\ (4)/(1) *(21)/(21) =(84)/(21) \\ \\ f(19)=(3)/(21) -(84)/(21)


Subtract the fractions to get
f(19)=-(81)/(21) =-(27)/(7)
