Let the number of boxes be x.

The total weight of the boxes is 60x.

Adding the operator, the total weight is 60x+155, which is no more than 2200.


60x+155 \leq 2200 \\ \\ 60x \leq 2045 \\ \\ x \leq 34.08333... \\ \\ \lfloor x \rfloor =\boxed{34}
