The balanced reaction equation is as below

2H2O2 -------> 2 H2O + O2


Hydrogen peroxide decomposes to produce oxygen and water.That is 2 two moles of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) decomposes to produce two moles of water (H2O) and one moles of oxygen (O2). A number of catalyst can be used to speed up this reaction for example potassium iodide and manganese (iv) oxide can be used as a catalyst.
