The GCF of these monomials is 6x^2.

This is the highest monomial that you can pull out of all of those. The highest number that can divide 12, 18, and 6 is 6.The highest exponent present in all of them is an x^2.

Once you pull out the GCF, you’d be left with: (I believe...)
2x 3 x^2

I hope this helps! :)

The 3 coefficients of x powers are {12, 18, 6}. 6 divides into all three of these coefficients, so 6 is the numerical part of the GCF.

x^ 2 is the greatest common factor of {x^3, 18x^2, 6x^4}.

Thus, overall, the GCF is 6x^2.
