Hi there!

Two lines are said to be parallel when their slopes are Equal.

Slope of Graph =
(y_2 - y_1)/(x_2 - y_1)

According to th' question :-

→ CD :
(10 - 2)/(4 - 6) =
(8)/(-2) = - 4

→ EF :
(5 - 9)/(2 - 1) =
(-4)/(1) = - 4

→ JK :
(3 - 2)/(12 - 8) =
(1)/(4)

→ GH :
(4 - 0)/(1 - 1) [ Not defined. ]

∴ AB = CD = EF = - 4

\bf{CONCLUSION} :-

Lines CD and EF are parallel to AB

Hence,
Option 1ˢᵗ and 3ʳᵈ is Correct.

~ Hope it helps!

So two lines that are parallel will have the same slope, and to calculate the slope you have to use the formula
(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

CD:
(10-2)/(4-6) =(8)/(-2) =-4 .

JK:
(3-2)/(12-8) =(1)/(4)

EF:
(5-9)/(2-1) =(-4)/(1) =-4

GH:
(4-0)/(1-1) =(4)/(0) (undefined)

In short, Lines CD and EF are parallel.
