A - Personification

This is because Colossus is a statue much bigger than life size, meaning that it is not an actual human or thing that can perform human acts.

However, Allusion may also be the correct answer as it could be referencing/hinting to another person/thing, but I lean towards personification as my final answer.

Assonance is incorrect as any factor of rhyme is not presented.

Metaphor is incorrect as the word like is used, thus making it a simile instead.

Hope this helps!
