Hi!

To solve this, we can take away the parentheses.

10m-6-7m-4

Group like terms together

10m-7m-6-4

Simplify

3m-2

The answer is 3m-2

Hope this helps! :)

Answer: Hi! in this problem we have two polynomials; (10m -6) and (7m -4).

if we want to find the difference between these polynomials, we can do a direct subtraction.

so:

(10m - 6) - (7m - 4)

10m - 6 - 7m + 4

(10m - 6m) + (4 - 6)

3m -2

So the difference between the two polynomials is d = 3m - 2.
