The sides of a rectangle are perpendicular to each other.

The slopes of two perpendicular lines,
m_1 and
m_2, satisfy the following equation:

m_1 = - (1)/(m_2)

So, the slope of
SR is

- (1)/((3)/(4)) = -(4)/(3)
