So to find the value of x, you would write both equations out and have them equal each other. Work shown below:
(Step by step)
11x + 4 = 10x + 26
x + 4 = 26
x = 22

AC is angle bisector <DAB
so
DC = CD
11x + 4 = 10x + 26
x = 22
answer
x = 22
