Put the value of x = 3 to the equation of the function h(x)

h(x)=x-1\\\\h(3)=3-1=2

Put the value of h(3) = 2 to the equation of the function g(x)

g(x)=3x-5\\\\g(2)=3\cdot2-5=6-5=1

Put the value of g(2) = 1 to the equation of the function f(x)

f(x)=-2x^3\\\\f(1)=-2\cdot1^3=-2\cdot1=-2

Answer: -2
