There are many ways in which a person, who doesn´t have the time to learn and research about topics that are of societal interest to all, can still become engaged in this issues and form an understanding on them.

The first, chosen from these answer choices would be A: Read newspapers, and listen to a variety of radio and television. This is because these sources of information are readily-available and provide access to information without requiring much time from the person.

B: Learn from school, family and friends to understand the present issues, as well as how people might form their opinions. Mostly, I believe, from school. These are sources of information that allow a person to gain access to it and also gain opinions on different topics.

D: Focus on discerning as many facts of an issue as possible rather than opinions only. This ensures objectivity on the kind of information that is received, and ensures better comprehension.
