Answer:

The answer would be Graph C,

Graph A only has one solution which is where they intersect.

Graph B has no solution because they don't intersect, the lines are parallel to each other. If lines are parallel they don't have a solution.

However, Graph C the lines touch forever, as long as one of those lines don't curve they have an infinite number of solutions.
