So this is my best attempt at breaking down the question:

Fraction 4 over 5n is 4/5*n

And fraction 3 over 5 is 3/5.

Fraction 1 over 5n = 1/5*n.

So the equation is 4/5n - 3/5 = 1/5n.

So for the values of n being, 1, -3, 3/4, and 1/4:

For n = 1: 4/5 - 3/5 = 1/5
For n = -3: -4/15 - 3/5 = -1/15...which isn't correct.
For n = 3/4: 1/15 - 3/5 = 1/60....which is also incorrect.
And finally for n = 1/4: 1/5 - 3/5 = 1/20...which is also wrong....
