According to Emergency Vehicle Operations 2017, the following weather conditions will hinder the operators while driving: snow and ice conditions, rain, and wind. Tires may start hydroplaning during the rainy condition which will affect steering and braking. Snow, fog, haze, and mist can considerably impair the visibility of the operator.
