Circumference C, radius r.

C = 2\pi r

r = (C)/(2\pi)

\pi r^2 = \pi (C^2)/(4 \pi^2) = (C^2)/(4\pi)

75% of the area is

(3)/(4) \pi r^2 = (3C^2)/(16\pi)

Plugging in C=10 gives

(3)/(4) \pi r^2 = (3(10)^2)/(16\pi) = (75)/(4 \pi) \approx 5.97

Choice 1, 6 square units.
