You just need to plug in the values into the equation
V = l w h


V = 4x* 2x* (x^3+3x+6)

First, multiply the first two:
V = 8x^2 (x^3+3x+6)

Then distribute 8x^2:
V = 8x^5+24x^3+48x^2
