What are the activities listed? Since there’s no activities listed, I will just give you an idea on what would be the strenuous sport activity.  It would be swimming.  Swimming Is also called as the best exercise because all your muscle in your body is being used. The list of activities: 

swimming/diving
running
ice-skating
wrestling
gymnastic
golf
tennis
skateboarding
in-line skating
biking
martial
arts
bowling

For my answer, I'm going to choose swimming. I chose swimming because of a large amount of effort that goes into the activity. You must use your arms and legs to propel yourself in the water. Swimming works your triceps, biceps, deltoids, glutes, quadriceps and many more!
