The answer would be - 4 over 3


The way to do it is to first make the f(x) a 0
So now the problem looks like this: 0=3x+4

Now you would move the variable to the left hand side to change the sign so it will look like this: -3x=4

Finally, divide both sides of the equation by -3 to get your final answer :)
